One strap, one buckle — the video shows every move. Tap a step to jump right to it.
-
1
Drape the strap over the headrest
Lay the wide strap over the top of the headrest — both bands hang down the sides.
-
2
Click it shut at the back
Wrap the bands around the headrest and close the buckle on the back.
-
3
Pull it tight
Pull the loose end until the strap sits snug and won't slip.
-
4
Line up the pillow band
The pillow band sits on the front of the headrest — level with your forehead.
-
5
Mask on, lean back
Attach the eye mask to the pillow band, pull it over your eyes and lean back — your head stays upright.
In a car, use it as a passenger only — never while driving.
On a plane, follow crew instructions during take-off, landing and turbulence.

Your head doesn't
lean. It's held.
A neck pillow props you up from the side — but your head still drops forward. Here, a padded band sits across the headrest and the eye mask fastens onto it. Your head stays upright against the seat, even in deep sleep.
Anchored to the headrest
A buckled strap holds the pillow band at forehead height.

Hook-and-loop to the pillow band — dark and secure at once.

Small details, big difference

How it works
The strap holds the pillow band at the headrest, the mask fastens onto it and the sling carries your arms. Your head stays upright against the seat.
Soft stretch fabric
The sling gives when you move.
Contoured 3D mask
Curved eye cups — no pressure on your eyelids.
Adjustable
Buckle and hook-and-loop adapt to headrest and head.
Armrest-free
Your arms rest in the sling, not on your neighbour's seat.
One set instead of three
Pillow, eye mask and arm support — designed together, delivered together.
Short hops to long hauls
Two hours or twelve: set it up, lean back, eyes shut.
Why not just a neck pillow?
| Travel Sleep Set | Classic neck pillow | |
|---|---|---|
| Stops your head dropping forward | Held at the headrest | Often side support only |
| Support for your arms | Arm sling | No |
| Eye mask | Included, attaches to the pillow | Usually sold separately |

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit my seat?
You need a headrest the strap can wrap around – most plane, train and coach seats have one. The buckle and hook-and-loop strap adjust to size and height.
Will it bother the person next to me?
No. Everything stays in your own space: the strap sits behind your own headrest and the sling hangs in front of you.
How is it different from a neck pillow?
A neck pillow props your head from the side. The Travel Sleep Set holds it at the headrest via the pillow band and eye mask – so it doesn't drop forward either. Plus, your arms rest in the sling.
How fast is it to set up – and to get out of?
In about 60 seconds. To get up, just push the mask up and slide your arms out – the strap can stay on the headrest.
Can I use it in a car?
Yes, but only as a passenger – never while driving. On a plane, always follow crew instructions during take-off, landing and turbulence.
Can I return it?
Yes. Our return policy applies – you'll find all the details there. Our customer service team is happy to help with any questions.
